The city of Puerto Madryn is located in the eastern region of the Province of Chubut on the Atlantic coast in the Patagonia region of Argentina. It is considered one of the best places in the world for watching marine animals in their natural habitat. Puerto Madryn is the base for most tourists who come to see two beautiful Nature Reserves. These are Peninsula Valdes and also Punta Tombo. Both of them are unique wildlife sanctuaries.
