Day 1 Madrid - Salamanca - Oporto


Depart from our established hotels in Madrid. Please refer to your documentation for detailed departure information. Drive to Salamanca. Free time in this University and World Heritage City of great architectural and artistic wealth. Departure to the Portuguese border until you reach Porto. Accommodation.

Day 2 Oporto


Breakfast at the hotel. Panoramic sightseeing tour of Porto, considered World Heritage city. We admire the Cathedral, Stock Exchange building and Santa Clara church. Afterwards, enjoy a different perspective of the city along the river Douro aboard the BlueBoats Cruise and discover the historic heritage visiting one well-known Port Wine Cellars with a wine tasting included. Rest of day at leisure. Accommodation

Day 3 Oporto - Coimbra - Fatima


Breakfast. Departure to Coimbra. City seat of one of the oldest universities in Europe and the birthplace of Fado. Free time. Then to Fatima. Center of the Christian Faith and World Pilgrimage Sanctuary with its impressive Basilica and the Cova da Iria, place where the Virgin Mary appeared. The Chapel of the Apparitions, heart of the sanctuary, with the tombs of the three shepherds, Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta. At night possibility to attend the procession of the candles. Day 4 Fatima - Batalha - Nazare - Alcobaca - Lisboa


Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the Monastery of Batalha, a masterpiece of Gothic and Manueline style considered a World Heritage Site. Continue to Nazaré, the most picturesque and colorful fishing village in Portugal. Free time and continue to Alcobaça, visit its Gothic church and Cistercian monastery, whose origins date back to the twelfth century, and then Lisbon. Arrival in the Portuguese capital and overnight.

Day 5 Lisboa


Breakfast at the hotel. Morning sightseeing tour of the ancient Olissipo, drive through its main squares and avenues, Belem Tower, Jeronimos Monastery, Monument to the Discoverers, Marquis of Pombal Square, Liberty Avenue. Afternoon at leisure for you to catch the nostalgic corners of Alfama Quarter, the old city gathered next to its Castle, with old buildings nested in narrow twisting “Ruas” full of color housing the genuine “tabernas” where Fado sounds as a missing past. Day 6 Lisboa - Cáceres - Córdoba


Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Caceres, declared UNESCO World Heritage site because of the city’s blend of Roman, Islamic, Northern Gothic and Italian Renaissance architecture. Walk through its Plaza Mayor and the Old Town with its famous Medieval Quarter. Afterwards, continue towards Cordoba, once the capital of the Caliphate. Accommodation at the hotel.

Information note:
From 1 April 2025, the visit to Cáceres will be replaced by a visit to Mérida, a World Heritage city. Mérida, the capital of Extremadura, stands out for its rich historical heritage, including its well-preserved Roman ruins: the theatre, the amphitheatre, the Roman bridge... Free time and continuation to Madrid.

Day 7 Córdoba - Sevilla


Breakfast at the hotel. Impressive tour of its Mosque and other sites that will ease our mind and spirit strolling through its narrow winding streets of the Jewish Quarter. In the afternoon, after a short two hours ride reach Seville. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 8 Sevilla


Breakfast at the hotel. Morning panoramic city tour visiting the Cathedral (the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peters in Rome), Santa Cruz quarter (a natural scenario of “Carmen” as well as a precisely where the myth of “Don Juan” developed), Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España. Day 10 Torremolinos

Day 11 Torremolinos - Tarifa - Tánger - Meknes - Fez


Departure along the Costa del Sol tourist route and arrival in Algeciras or Tarifa. Board the ferry for a short and interesting crossing of the Strait of Gibraltar bound for Africa. Arrival in Morocco, disembarkation, customs formalities and continuation by coach to Meknes. Short stop and continuation to Fes. Dinner and overnight.

Day 12 Fez


Breakfast. Complete visit of the city considered the religious capital or the country. Founded in the 8th Century by Idriss II, it is considered one of the 4 Moroccan Imperial capitals. Panoramic tour of the most emblematic places such as the exterior of the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter and the fortress that has the best view of Fez el Bali, the medina or ancient city. Take a walking tour accessing the medina through the famous Bab Bou Jeloud gate and have the possibility of experiencing a return to the past of the city that still lives close to Middle Age. Walls that protect its interior made of organized alleys where you will experience a thousand smells and flavors, this place is considered World Heritage. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 13 Fez - Rabat - Casablanca - Marrakech


Breakfast and early departure to Rabat, the capital of the country. Visit the most emblematic places susch as the exterior of the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V Mausoleum and the Hassan Tower. Continue to Casablanca where you will visit the most interesting places such us the United Nations Square, the Boulevard de la Corniche and the exterior of Hassan II mosque. Once the visit is over, free lunch en route and continue to Marrakech. Accommodation at the hotel. Optionally, typical dinner at Fantasia Chez Ali under Kaidal tents

Day 14 Marrakech - Casablanca


Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning visit of the city, called "Pearl of the South", which begins in the grandiose Menara Gardens, which has a side pavilion and countless olive trees. Afterwards, exterior visit of the minaret of the Koutoubia, twin sister of the Giralda of Seville. Once inside the old part of the city, you will visit the Bahia Palace, owned by a nobleman of the city. Finally, they will visit the Jemaa el-Fna square, one of the most interesting places in Morocco from where they access the souks and the medina. You will visit some of the guilds of craftsmen: wood, ceramics, furriers, spice racks... Lunch at the hotel and departure to Casablanca. Arrival, dinner and overnight.

Day 15 Casablanca - Tánger - Tarifa - Torremolinos

Day 16 Torremolinos

Day 17 Torremolinos - Granada


After breakfast at the hotel departure towards the city of Granada and its incredible and amazing monumental environment, last stronghold of the Moorish Kingdoms up to 1492. Visit the world famous Alhambra complex and Generalife Gardens that have inspired several authors with its sound and sights, such as the “Tales of the Alhambra” by Washington Irving. Day 18 Granada - Toledo - Madrid


Breakfast at the hotel. Drive northward where it emerges, toward the sky of Castilla and surrounded by the Tagus River, the impressive Imperial city of Toledo –World Heritage City- where the three cultures Christians, Moorish and Jewish, have lived together. Resume of the Spanish art, history and spirituality, the whole town is a National Monument. Short guided tour of this historical old town through its narrow streets.
